Proverbs Home Buyers is a Pennsylvania limited liability company that buys residential properties directly from homeowners. We are a principal buyer. We are not a real estate brokerage, and we are not a law firm, tax advisor, or lender. Nothing on this website is legal, tax, or investment advice.
2. Cash Offer Requests
- Requesting an offer through our website or by phone is free and creates no obligation for you or for us.
- Any offer we present is an invitation to negotiate, not a binding commitment, until both parties sign a written purchase agreement.
- Offers are based on the information you provide and on our review of the property, and may be adjusted if material facts change or differ from what was described.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit to us.
3. SMS Text Messaging Terms
Our website form includes two separate, optional SMS consent checkboxes, and neither is ever pre-checked. The first covers non-marketing text messages from Proverbs Home Buyers about your property inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, and transaction updates. The second, collected separately, covers marketing text messages about home-buying offers, service updates, and related promotions. You may check either box, both, or neither; consent is not a condition of any purchase or sale, and no SMS is sent unless you check the corresponding box.

Our total liability for any claim related to the website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This limitation does not apply to obligations under a signed purchase agreement, which is governed by its own terms.
